Job Description

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration
• Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Track project schedules, procurement activities, and construction progress
• Support project cost tracking and reporting
• Participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders
• Assist in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget

The Successful Applicant

• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
• 0-3 years of construction experience
• Experience within data centers, telecommunications, commercial interiors, or industrial construction is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Desire to grow into a Project Management role
• Experience with Procore is beneficial but not required
