Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Our client is a well-established general contractor with offices throughout the Southeast and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the data center, telecommunications, industrial, and commercial sectors. Job Description

Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration
Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Track project schedules, procurement activities, and construction progress
Support project cost tracking and reporting
Participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders
Assist in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget

The Successful Applicant

Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
0-3 years of construction experience
Experience within data centers, telecommunications, commercial interiors, or industrial construction is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Desire to grow into a Project Management role
Experience with Procore is beneficial but not required
