We are seeking a compassionate, motivated associate-level clinician to provide individual and family therapy in a warm, collaborative practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist early in their career who is eager to develop their clinical skill set, receive training and support, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and couples.

PAY RATE

$35–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience and licensure status.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Associate-level position, in-person and flexible hybrid scheduling available.

Candidates must be available to work in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays at minimum. Additional days are negotiable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clinical Responsibilities

·         Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults

·         Provide family therapy, supporting families in building stronger relational dynamics

·         Implement TBRI principles and practices (full training provided)

·         Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans

·         Participate in team consultation, supervision, and professional development

·         Provide couples therapy, or actively develop this clinical area

★ Preferred QUALIFICATIONS

What We're Looking For

·         Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or another degree qualifying for a NY limited permit or licensure

·         Current or eligible NY limited permit or licensure (e.g., LMSW, MHC-LP, LMFT-A, LGPC, or equivalent)

·         Experience working with children and families ★ Preferred

·         Experience with or genuine interest in learning couples therapy ★ Preferred

·         Willingness to complete TBRI training (provided by the practice)

·         Availability to work in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays at minimum

·         Strong interpersonal skills, warmth, and a collaborative spirit

  TBRI Training Provided

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) is a therapeutic model designed to help children who have experienced trauma, early adversity, or attachment disruptions. All clinicians joining our team will receive thorough TBRI training — no prior experience required. We are invested in your professional development from day one.

Our current specialties are in acute and complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, foster/adoptive care, caregiver support. We are a premier clinic for children and adolescents. One of our goals is to expand local care for those with neurodivergence. What is your passion? We want to foster that.
