If you’re a hands‑on leader with a passion for people, process, and results, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You'll Do Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 per year. Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts. Lead Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. Motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture. Set and communicate clear expectations — and empower your team to meet them. Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture. Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance. Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader. Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site‑wide events. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams. Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly. Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning. Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe. Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required). 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders. Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. Experience in warehouse or distribution environments. Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment. Bonus Points For Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems. Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
