Position Driver Location: Concord, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day and Evening Shift available. We are seeking reliable and compassionate Drivers to join our Concord, MA team. As a Driver, you play an important role in our clients\' recovery journey. Often serving as one of the first people they meet, you\'ll help ensure safe, dependable transportation while creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed Work independently while collaborating effectively with the treatment team Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record Prior professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
