Clinical Coordinator
Location: The Villages, FL FTE: Full-Time (.9 FTE) Shift: Variable
The Clinical Coordinator provides leadership and oversight of nursing and patient care operations, with responsibility for quality, service, productivity, and financial performance. Working closely with leadership and medical staff, the Clinical Coordinator supports departmental and organizational goals while promoting a positive, high-performing clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and evaluates the quality of nursing and patient care.
- Supports the financial stability and productivity of assigned services.
- Provides leadership and guidance to clinical service teams.
- Promotes staff professional development, engagement, and morale.
- Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical staff.
- Supports achievement of departmental, organizational, and system-wide goals.
- Helps ensure high standards of patient care, operational performance, and service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
Licensure & Certifications:
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS
- ACLS
Experience:
- 35 years of leadership experience
