Receptionist / Front Desk Support – Flexible Projects
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Schedule: As-needed | Short-term / Project-based
Are you looking for flexible administrative work without committing to a set weekly schedule? We are seeking dependable and professional Receptionist / Front Desk professionals who are interested in providing coverage for local organizations on an as-needed basis.
Assignments may range from one-day coverage to a few days at a time , making this a great option for someone looking to pick up occasional work.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and provide front desk support
- Monitor and respond to basic email correspondence
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization
- Complete data entry and other clerical tasks
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- Comfortable with phones, email, and basic Microsoft Office programs
- Dependable and able to step into new office environments quickly
- Flexibility to accept occasional short-term assignments
