Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention planning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to support students, families, and staff
• Adaptability and organization for managing a varied caseload

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students across all grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate case records in compliance with school protocols and legal guidelines
• Consult with educators and participate in IEP meetings to support inclusive learning environments
• Provide direct therapy and classroom-based interventions tailored to student needs
• Empower students and families with resources and strategies for continued progress beyond the therapy setting
