Senior Consultant, Regulatory Management & Audit Management

What you’ll be doing As the Senior Consultant, US Regulatory and Audit Management in the US Governance and Oversight team, you will manage regulatory and audit activities for the US CAO & TDAI organization. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders across Canada and the US. How you’ll succeed Lead and coordinate regulatory requests, audits, examinations, and special projects, ensuring timely completion and high quality. Manage multiple complex priorities in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with internal partners across all levels and geographies to produce accurate, comprehensive regulatory responses. Prepare clear, concise documentation for executive management, regulators, and other stakeholders. Provide trusted advisory on regulatory expectations, emerging trends, and risk‑management best practices. Identify opportunities to improve the Regulatory and Audit Management Programs using new technologies, automation, and AI tools. Develop and deliver training, consultation, and tools to support teams in managing regulatory and audit requirements. Track developments, analyze trends, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee remediation of regulatory and audit deficiencies, ensuring efficient resolution in line with standards. Operate autonomously, exercising judgment and leading initiatives that impact multiple stakeholders and systems. Who you are 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, project delivery, or internal audit within financial services. Deep knowledge of regulatory principles, policies, and practices relevant to the industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to executive audiences. Technologically savvy, with awareness of technology and cybersecurity risks. Innovative problem‑solver who can lead cross‑functional teams and create practical solutions. Continuous‑improvement mindset, thriving in dynamic environments and staying current with industry trends. Salary and Benefits Expected salary range: $135,000 – $150,000USD (US region). Eligible for an incentive compensation plan that may include a discretionary bonus component.
