Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills A passion for creating exceptional experiences and setting the tone in the branch. Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees. Mastery of multitasking, organizing and managing competing priorities while planning growth. Thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment with strong decision‑making skills. Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with commitment to operational integrity. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and clients with technology. At least 2 years of management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills A college degree or military equivalent. Federal Deposit Insurance Act This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. Training and Travel Requirement Successful completion of the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. Ability to travel for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out of state.
