Mixer

Mixer As a mixer you will be required to cut in bags into mixer, operate a mixer, pre-weigh ingredients for each batch as instructed by the mixer controller. You will also be required to dump trash at the end of the shift and make sure your mixing department is clean prior to the next shift coming onboard.
