Job Summary Travel Respiratory Therapist assignment located in Phoenix, Arizona. Assignment Details Start date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift length: 12 hours Employment type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. Provide respiratory care per physician orders and established policies and procedures. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Assure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted guidelines. Maintain good customer relations; communicate with management, coworkers, facility staff, patients, and families professionally. Provide instruction to patients and caretakers in therapy methods and objectives. Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly. Requirements Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required. At least eighteen months of respiratory care experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
