Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Pick, pack, label and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Process shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers.

• Receive and process inbound inventory.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.

• Process returns and other customer requirements.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders, inventory, inbound shipments and operational issues.

• Assist with onboarding new customers and products.

• Follow customer-specific packing, labeling and shipping requirements.

• Identify problems and take ownership of resolving them.

• Help improve warehouse processes, accuracy and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Relevant e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL or similar warehouse experience is required.

• Previous e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL experience.

• Experience using a WMS or e-commerce fulfillment system.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS or similar shipping systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers and senior management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good problem-solving ability.

• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• The ambition and drive to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.

Experience with ShipHero, Shopify, ShipStation or similar platforms is highly desirable.
