What You'll Be Doing

• Recording results clearly, double-checking your work, and supporting a clean, compliant lab environment.

What You Bring to the Table

• An Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Tech, Biology, or something similar.
• MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) — or the ability to obtain it soon.
• Solid attention to detail and a love for getting things just right.
• Basic comfort with lab systems and reporting tools.
• A team mindset and a friendly, clear communicator.
