Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced service operations team within a global diagnostics and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing customer service requests related to product repairs, returns, and calibrations while ensuring accurate order processing and timely communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a high-volume call center setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process service orders, repairs, returns, and calibrations using CRM/ERP systems

• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely completion of repair requests and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

• Communicate regularly with customers via phone and email regarding order status and service updates

• Track and manage service requests through CRM systems to ensure proper documentation and follow-up

• Partner with internal teams including shipping, accounting, and quality to support operational workflows

• Handle detailed customer inquiries such as service documentation, supplier forms, and product support questions

• Assist with process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1–3+ years of customer service or call center experience

• Experience with order entry and managing customer requests in CRM or ERP systems

• Ability to handle high call and email volume in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CAMARILLO, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
