Responsibilities Evaluate the potency and selectivity of new molecules in various functional and phenotypic cell-based assays. Characterize new molecules through mechanism of action studies. Develop, validate, and optimize assay systems to support the detection of cellular and tissue pharmacodynamic markers. Conduct specific assays related to degraders, DACs, and ADCs, such as antibody internalization, target degradation, and payload release assays. Maintain accurate records of experiments, analyze and interpret results, present summaries, and generate reports of the studies. Contribute to project planning and strategy, ensuring timely progress and troubleshooting of experimental challenges. Qualifications Education PhD with 0-3 years of relevant post-doctoral or industry research experience, or MS with 3-6 years of relevant research experience. Specific Skills (preferred) Hands-on experience with cell/tissue culture, cell viability assays, immunoblotting, quantitative RT-PCR and flow cytometry. Experience with the Incucyte platform for live-cell imaging and analysis. Hands-on experience working with therapeutic antibodies is preferred, particularly in the context of targeted protein degraders, Degrader-Antibody Conjugates (DACs), and/or Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). Proficiency in data analysis and presentation software. Personal Characteristics Highly self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team/matrix environment. Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. Additional Information This is an on-site position at our Wilmington, DE site. Personal transportation is necessary to access site.
