Inside Sales Representative (1211)

ABC Supply is a wholesale distributor of building products. Inside Sales Associates provide unparalleled service by helping customers purchase the products they need for roofing, building, and remodeling projects. Responsibilities Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up‑sell additional products and supplies. Answer telephones and enter sales orders. Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account. Coordinate customer pick‑ups with the warehouse. Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for. Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked. Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise. Qualifications 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Basic computer skills. Positive attitude and team player. Detail‑ and service‑oriented.
