What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after every shift.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Work efficiently during high-volume services while maintaining quality.
- Communicate with fellow cooks, expos, and managers to keep service running smoothly.
- Help receive, rotate, and properly store deliveries.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
