QA SupervisorQA Supervisor Location: Ripon, WI Full-Time | Starting at $70,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift; Occasional evenings as needed)ABR Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a QA Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing facility and lead key quality and sanitation functions.What You'll Do:Supervise and develop QA Technicians and Sanitation LeadsOversee daily food safety and sanitation operationsSupport and enforce GMPs, regulatory, and customer compliance standardsConduct internal audits, environmental monitoring, and quality inspectionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote food safety cultureMaintain documentation including SOPs, SSOPs, and COAsAct as (or support) the SQF Practitioner and lead training effortsWhat We're Looking For:2+ years in QA and/or Sanitation in food manufacturingBilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)Experience supervising direct reports (minimum 1 year)Ability to obtain or hold: SQF Practitioner, HACCP, PCQI certificationsStrong organizational and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of food safety programs, FDA regulations, and sanitation protocolsProficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience a plusPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fieldExperience with regulatory audits and customer compliance programsInterested?
