Your Role: Compassion in Action As a CNA, you are the heart of our clinical team. You will provide essential care while building meaningful, empathetic relationships with our residents. Direct Resident Support: Assist with daily needs including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility with a gentle and respectful touch. Attentive Monitoring: Carefully track vitals and behavior, acting as a compassionate advocate for resident health and safety when reporting to medical staff. Promoting Well-being: Support residents in exercise and social activities to ensure their holistic welfare. Job Details Flexible Schedules: Full-time and Part-time roles available. Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts (5x8 weekly schedule). Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week. Setting: A supportive Long-Term Care and Nursing Home environment. Extra Earning Potential: Bonus opportunities and overtime pay. What We’re Looking For Certification: Must possess a valid CNA Certification per IDPH HCWR guidelines. Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred. Skills: CPR Certification is a plus. Location: Ability to commute to or relocate to Hardin, IL.
