Pay Range: $45.00-$70.00 per hour DOE

About the Opportunity

RSCS and MRC are looking for experienced ammonia refrigerationservice technicians who know the trade, take pride in their work, andcan perform in the field when customers are counting on them.

This role is for skilled industrial refrigeration professionals with real ammonia field-service experience - technicians who can walk into an engine room, troubleshoot the issue, communicate clearly with the customer, and help get critical systems operating safely and reliably again.

You will join a team of trade professionals who understand industrialrefrigeration, value strong workmanship, and support one anotheracross a growing Western U.S. service footprint.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain industrial ammoniarefrigeration systems
• Diagnose issues involving compressors, condensers, evaporators,pumps, valves, controls, VFDs, and related equipment
• Perform emergency service, leak response, preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and startup support
• Read and work from P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control drawings
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and recommendations clearly tocustomers and internal teams
• Complete accurate field documentation and follow strong safetypractices on every job
• Help customers reduce downtime, improve reliability, and keeprefrigeration systems operating as they should

Requirements
What We're Looking For

• Proven industrial refrigeration field-service experience
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems required
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safe work habits
• Ability to work independently in the field while contributing to aprofessional team
• Experience with compressors, controls, valves, motors, electricaltroubleshooting, and system startups strongly preferred
• RETA CARO/CIRO, OSHA, EPA Universal, welding, controls, orelectrical experience are valued, but practical field skill matters most
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and participatein on-call service as needed

Compensation

$45.00-$70.00 per hour, depending on verified industrial ammoniarefrigeration experience, certifications, geographic market, and job scope.
