Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Mississippi SLP state license is a must
• Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or be completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working with a pediatric population in an educational setting
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and report findings as required by school guidelines
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, administration, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
