Yard Hand Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard, warehouse, and work areas.
• Load, unload, and move materials, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations.
• Operate hand tools and equipment as needed.
• Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of yard equipment and facilities.
• Inspect materials and inventory for damage and report discrepancies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Keep work areas free of hazards and debris.
• Support other departments and complete additional duties as assigned.

Yard Hand Qualifications:

• Previous yard, warehouse, general labor, or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
