Senior Field Service Product Manager

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Fulltime

Required Skills:

Total exp level looking for 5-15 Years

What We ARE Looking For (Must‑Have)

• Recent, hands‑on Product Management experience in Field Service Management (FSM)
• Candidate must have direct ownership of FSM products, not just exposure.
• Strong experience owning and delivering core FSM workflows, such as:
• Case / service request intake
• Work order lifecycle
• Dispatch & scheduling
• Technician enablement (mobile tools, parts visibility, guided troubleshooting)
• SLA, MTTR, first‑time‑fix rate, repeat visits
• Experience where Field Service is the core product, not a side module.
• Preference for candidates from FSM‑centric product companies or platforms, such as:
• ServiceMax, PTC, IFS, Salesforce Field Service, ServiceTitan
• Or enterprise products where FSM was a primary responsibility, not an integration.
• Ability to clearly articulate what FSM features they owned, deployed, or scaled.
