As a Full Time Physical Therapist at American Premier Home Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions through comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans. • A Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, along with an active state licensure, is mandatory.
• You should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health or patient-centered care environment.
