Luxury Equestrian Programs Director

The Ford Field & River Club Inc seeks an experienced Equestrian Center Operations Lead to oversee all aspects of a luxury equestrian facility. You'll design multi-discipline riding programs, host events, and ensure top-tier care for horses and Members, while guiding staff, coordinating leases, and partnering with veterinary and farrier services.

Responsibilities include rider safety, program development, event execution, and cross-department collaboration to maintain Ford’s premium equestrian
