Location: Downtown Austin TX
Duration: 1 yr +
Work Hours: Mandatory Onsite 8am to 5pm (Monday – Friday)
Start Date: 2 week notice. (Depends on Interviews)
About the Position
We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer for our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on cloud technologies and database management. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as working closely with developers and stakeholders is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Leverage cloud technologies, particularly AWS, for application deployment and management.
- Optimize front-end and back-end processes to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Back-end development experience using Java.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience developing cloud-based applications using AWS technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, and Amazon API Gateway.
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
