As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have. Skills and Experience Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service IT literate Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly Experience working towards and achieving targets Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles We’re in an exciting chapter – rapidly growing our business with a focus on motoring services and electric mobility.
