They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. What you’ll do Help customers find what they need, from everyday necessities to special occasions. As a sales associate in various departments – Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods, or others – you’ll keep the aisles neat and clean, work with multiple supervisors and associates, stock shelves, answer questions, and may help check out customers. The more you know about the store, the more successful you’ll be. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under qualifying circumstances.
