• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend work may occasionally be required.
• If you are asked to work on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive an additional $150 per day . Weekend work is typically only a few hours.

Delivery Requirement
This position requires occasional package delivery when operational needs demand it.

• Paid $2.00 per stop
• Company pays for fuel while making deliveries
• You must use your own vehicle

Position Overview
AmeriShip Parcel Delivery is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to help oversee our daily delivery operations. This individual will support drivers, communicate with customers, solve service issues, and help ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment while providing leadership and support to the operations team.
Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery operations.
• Monitor routes throughout the day.
• Communicate with drivers regarding delivery issues.
• Assist customers with delivery questions and service requests.
• Resolve delivery exceptions and service failures.
• Track on-time performance and daily metrics.
• Coordinate package recoveries and re-deliveries when necessary.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure freight is ready for dispatch.
• Maintain communication with customers and management.
• Complete daily reports and operational documentation.
• Assist with contractor onboarding and operational support as needed.
• Deliver packages when business needs require.
• Help coach and support drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while leading a team.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
