This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

This is a Full-time, 36-hour, Day shift position.

Mid Coast Senior Health Center provides supportive and rehabilitative health services for older adults. Under direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care role provides supportive and restorative care to residents, reinforces the resident and family teaching program, and administers medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of the nursing practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $27.27 to $36.88 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
