About the Unit:
Join the team at UPMC Passavant’s 5 East Annex, a 16-bed inpatient medical-surgical unit providing personalized care to a diverse patient population. Nurses enjoy a supportive, close-knit environment where they can strengthen clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow professionally.
Professional Staff Nurse (RN)
Staff will be placed in the appropriate job title and compensation based on background and experience.

As a Professional Staff Nurse, you’ll provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused nursing care
• Develop individualized care plans and patient goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Mentor and support new nurses, students, and colleagues
• Participate in shared governance and professional development
