Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Director within the Corporate FP&A group, this role leads our consolidated financial modeling that drives company-wide planning, external guidance, and related strategic insights on financial performance. This individual serves as a key financial storyteller and trusted advisor to senior leadership, transforming complex financial dynamics into actionable strategic scenarios, Board of Directors materials, and external guidance frameworks. Operating with autonomy, this role will be integral to cross-functional planning cadences and a bridge across teams in the CFO org.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate FP&A.ResponsibilityDevelop and maintain corporate financial models in support of our forecast, annual planning, long-range planning, and external guidance processesDrive the preparation, synthesis, and storytelling of Executive and Board reporting materialsLead ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support for strategic initiativesPartner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to evaluate and forecast in support of technical financial mattersSupport core corporate planning processes & tools, including cross-functional communications, consolidations, and planning system subject matter expertiseCollaborate across functional FP&A business units to ensure strict alignment between top-down corporate financial targets and bottom-up operational plansProvide mentorship and peer review of financial work deliverables of other corporate finance team members in support of maintaining a high analytical rigor within the groupIdentify and drive process and tool optimizations by leveraging advanced data capabilities to improve forecast predictabilityChampion an AI-first mindset within Corporate FP&A by piloting new technologies and evangelizing learnings across FinanceJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBA or BS in business, finance, economics, accounting or related fields15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic financial modeling within a corporate or public company environmentExperience with building complex driver-based financial modeling from scratch, with a high attention to detail and accuracyExperience managing corporate processes within fast-paced or accelerated planning cyclesExperience in Corporate FP&A rolesExperience with financial and ERP systems, such as Oracle and Adaptive PlanningPreferredDeep understanding of US GAAP, financial concepts, and public company guidance metricsExceptional executive communication and financial storytelling skills with a track record of preparing high-visibility presentations for C-suite and Board audiencesIntellectually curious mindset with a track record of evaluating ambiguous business problems and delivering actionable, data-backed recommendationsSubscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model expertise grounded in core industry efficiency metricsCollaborative relationship builder with a history of successfully aligning with technical partnersHigh comfort level operating with immense autonomy in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $186,100.00 - $300,550.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $178,900.00 - $262,825.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
