Pay Range: $30,000 - $50,000 per year

We're expanding our team and are looking for ambitious and customer-focused Parts, Accessories, and Apparel sales associates.

What You'll Do:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Assist customers in finding the right products to match their lifestyle and needs
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment
Requirements:
- A strong passion and enthusiasm for the powersports industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A dedication to helping customers and delivering excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
- Prior experience is a plus but not required we'll train you!
