Monday-Friday Day Shift $38-$45 an hour (all inclusive) We Are Also Hiring Physical Therapist Assistants! $28-$35 an hour (all inclusive) Responsibilities of an Outpatient Licensed Physical Therapist: Assist with patient screenings and carry out treatment plans developed by the licensed physical therapist. Deliver treatments effectively to meet established goals and accurately document patient progress. Communicate patient status and needs clearly with therapists, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in care planning meetings, facility committees, and community education efforts. Maintain professional relationships, uphold patient rights, and pursue ongoing professional development. Qualifications of an Outpatient Licensed Physical Therapist: Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy. Must hold a valid New Jersey state license. Must show evidence of a current satisfactory physical examination and/or evidence of freedom from communicable diseases, where required by the state.
