Family Medicine | North Carolina

Designed to prevent physician burnout, this 100% outpatient role features zero hospital call, low daily patient volumes, and fully customizable FTE options. Build a deeply rewarding primary care practice while reserving ample time for your personal passions and family life.

The Practice

This is a 100% outpatient role with no hospital call, allowing you to focus entirely on building meaningful relationships with your patients.

Average of 18 to 20 patients per day
Robust support team including APPs, Clinical Pharmacists, and LCSWs
AI-driven workflow tools and dedicated nursing staff for prescription refills and task management
4 hours of dedicated administrative time per week, in-office or remote
Opportunity to teach within an on-site Rural Residency Program
On-site condos available at no cost for physicians commuting from Raleigh, Durham, or Charlotte

Schedule, Designed for Work-Life Balance

Full-time, part-time, or compressed work week options; 3-day work weeks considered
0.5 to 1.0 FTE available; schedule tailored to your life

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive guaranteed base salary with quarterly production and quality bonuses
Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 for a 5-year commitment; tiered options for 3 and 4 years

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
