OPTI STAFFING is hiring a Welder & Fabricator for a full-time, day-shift role in Clackamas, OR. Pay is $28–$30 per hour DOE, with overtime opportunities. The position involves MIG welding, fabrication, shop support, and occasional field work, in a hands-on environment focused on quality and safety. You will read tape measures, operate a range of fabrication equipment, and work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule. Travel may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
