Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

LINK Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator in the Katy, TX area. This role requires experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts .

You will move, stage, receive, and organize warehouse materials while also supporting shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and basic inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move and stage materials
Receive inbound shipments and help verify materials
Move items to the correct warehouse or bin location
Support outbound shipments, transfers, and returns
Review shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy
Enter inventory updates into the warehouse system
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

Requirements

Sit-down forklift experience required
Stand-up forklift experience required
At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
Comfortable with basic data entry and warehouse inventory systems
Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word
High school diploma or GED
