Hospice Executive Director

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a leader in the clinical world to take on the role of Executive Director (Registered Nurse, RN) with one of the largest hospice agencies in the country. The Hospice Executive Director supervises all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel, regulatory requirements compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance performance improvement activities for the agency. The Executive Director will be available on-site during business hours and additionally, if needed. The right candidate for this job is a confident decision maker who is willing to get in the mix with clinicians, assist with on-call opportunities, and build this agency up. The incumbent will manage 12-15 current field staff members and will be responsible for growing the census and coverage of the agency. The coverage area of the agency is a 50 mile radius of Petersburg, WV. Required Skillset/Experience: 2+ Years in healthcare leadership Hospice experience preferred The targeted yearly salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 based on relevant experience + incentive bonuses. #J-18808-Ljbffr
