As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in our team, supporting the healing and recovery of our patients.

About the Role:

• As a LVN or RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual

• You will administer medications, perform various treatments, and educate patients on their care and treatment plans

• You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs

• You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to our high standards of documentation and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Perform routine checks on patient equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functioning and cleanliness

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to patient care planning and coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, adhering to standards of documentation and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Current LVN or RN license in the state of Texas

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
