Directions Credit Union is seeking a motivated, people-focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations, coach and develop a strong team, and create an exceptional member experience. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with members and local community partners while helping strengthen the communities we serve. As Branch Manager, you'll be at the helm of branch operations while inspiring excellence through service, sales, and community connection.

Lead & Inspire

• Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to perform at their best.
• Create a positive, high‑energy, member‑focused team culture.
• Lead by example—modeling exceptional service, professionalism, and our core values.

Drive Results & Operations

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain strong cash controls and operational integrity.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and training standards are followed consistently.

Wow Our Members

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with members.
• Deliver a seamless, welcoming, and solutions‑focused member experience.

Be a Community Champion

• Serve as a visible ambassador for Directions Credit Union.
• Represent the Credit Union at community events, outreach activities, and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support financial education, community engagement, and brand awareness efforts.
• Inspire your team to get involved and take pride in serving the community.
