Part Time Valet Trash Collector

Description Part‑time Valet Trash Collector. Must have a driver’s license and own a pickup truck in good condition. This role involves collecting bagged trash from building doors and delivering it to the onsite trash compactor, working Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, motivated, with strong communication skills and a good attitude. Former military service members are preferred. No experience required; training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash in all weather conditions. Maintain good physical condition; climb stairs to retrieve trash from each apartment door. Arrive on property at 7:55 PM and stay until 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Remove trash quietly to respect residents’ bedtime routine. Keep the pickup truck clean and in good condition. Follow the mandatory pickup schedule 8:00 PM–10:00 PM Sun‑Thursday. Communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager. Use a smartphone and associated apps to record job status. Federal tax ID number is preferred; LLCs and Incs welcome. Requirements Speak English. Own a pickup truck in good working condition. Have a valid driver’s license. Comfortable using a smartphone and apps. Strong attention to detail and good attitude.
