The Opportunity

The General Manager is the senior operational leader of Grand Brasserie and is entrusted with protecting the restaurant's culture, driving financial performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day. This role partners closely with ownership, the Director of Operations, and culinary leadership to establish strategic direction while remaining highly visible on the dining room floor. The successful candidate will inspire a high-performing management team, develop future leaders, and create an environment where accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality define every interaction.

What You’ll Do

Success in this role requires balancing inspiring leadership with disciplined execution. The General Manager oversees every aspect of restaurant operations, including service standards, guest satisfaction, labor strategy, financial performance, scheduling, budgeting, recruiting, coaching, facilities, compliance, and operational consistency. Equally important is the ability to mentor managers, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example while maintaining a strong presence during service. The General Manager is expected to identify opportunities for innovation, strengthen community relationships, and help drive the continued growth of Vizz Group.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of senior leadership experience within upscale, luxury, or high-volume hospitality environments, along with exceptional financial acumen and a proven ability to build and lead outstanding teams. We are seeking a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic operation, embraces accountability, develops people with intention, and believes that remarkable guest experiences begin with remarkable leadership.

Curiosity and adaptability are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging modern technology, including AI-powered tools, to improve operations, develop people, analyze business performance, and solve complex challenges. We're looking for someone who views technology as a partner in hospitality and is energized by helping redefine what exceptional restaurant leadership can look like.

Compensation, Benefits & Growth

This position will have a base salary in the range of $130-150K. In addition, this position will be eligible for the following benefits and growth opportunities:
