Quick Facts: Location: 6800 Scenic Drive, Rowlett, TX 75088 Start Date: 07/23/2026 Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Locum/Per Diem License/Certifications: TX Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in IM or FP, OB/GYN experience preferred Experience: 2 years hospitalist or OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $214.50/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist care, including triage, admissions, and delivery attendance Manage GYN emergencies, fetal monitoring, and emergency responses during labor and delivery Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists for high-risk pregnancies Perform surgical assists at cesarean sections Offer coverage for OB floor and ER consults related to GYN emergencies Participate in patient management and documentation using hospital systems What You Need: Valid Texas Medical License or be eligible for licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN or Family/Internal Medicine with OB experience Minimum 2 years hospitalist experience, preferably in OB/GYN settings Excellent clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Rowlett, TX, committed to delivering exceptional women’s health services.
