FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Los Angeles, CA | Full-Time

$285,000–$335,000 + Potential Sign-On Bonus

We’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, mission-driven outpatient practice in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity for a physician who enjoys comprehensive primary care and wants to make a meaningful impact within the community.

What You Can Expect

• Competitive compensation: $285K–$335K + potential sign-on bonus
• Monday–Friday schedule with two Saturdays per month
• Administrative days every other week
• Opportunity to supervise and mentor up to 4 NPs/PAs

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, physical exams, and assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise, support, and mentor NPs/PAs
• Serve as a clinical resource for patients and staff
• Build lasting relationships with patients through high-quality, compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO
• Completed residency in Family Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active California medical license or eligibility for California licensure
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred
