Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Tinley Park, IL. The Project Manager will oversee glazing projects from kickoff through closeout, including maintaining project schedules, budgets, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and field crews. Responsibilities include coordinating shop drawings, procurement, fabrication & installation. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, resolve issues, manage change orders and RFIs, and maintain clear communication with customers. Qualifications Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management experience and familiarity with construction or glazing environments. Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, scheduling, and site deliveries efficiently. Proficiency with project management software and basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and field teams. Ability to work on-site in Tinley Park, IL, and visit job sites as needed. Experience in glazing, curtain wall, or commercial construction is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
