Telemetry Nursing UnitShift Timings: 17:00-05:30 Hours 3 days of 12-hour shift (Monday-Friday)Per Week: 36 HoursNight Shift Telemetry Unit 1700--0530 shift Three 12 hr. shifts. Open to Four 12 hr shifts upon request Every other weekend Holiday rotation May float to Med/Surg UnitEvery other weekend and rotating holiday coverage required.Experience: 2 Years RequiredResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor patient care plans.Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
