Maintenance Director (Monday-Friday) SIGN ON BONUS Join Our Team at Meadowbrook Care Center Meadowbrook Care Center, facility located in Northeast Cincinnati, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team. Job Summary As a Maintenance Director , you will be responsible for maintaining the overall maintenance of the facility, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. You will assist with projects, repairs, and audits as needed, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and systems continue to run smoothly. Responsibilities Assist with any projects, repairs, or audits that the Maintenance Director may need help with Maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and systems continue to run smoothly Fill in when the Maintenance Director is on vacation or out of the building Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment Perform a variety of routine physical labor tasks, including posting general notices, pulling weeds, picking up litter, raking leaves and debris, planting, and moving furniture Set up meeting areas for meetings and events Perform other duties and tasks as assigned On call as needed Qualifications Experience in a long-term care setting preferred Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and painting Knowledge of heating and cooling systems and ability to perform general maintenance duties What We Offer As a Meadowbrook Care Center employee, you will enjoy working in an environment that promotes professional growth and development.
