Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist. Location: In‑facility. Reporting to: Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Educate patients and caregivers on skills for independence. Collaborate with peers, make referrals, and address whole patient needs. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a related field plus Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation required to equate to a U.S. PT degree.
