The role will assist customers/patients by directing them to the appropriate associate within the store. Also, will be asked to provide support to the store by receiving deliveries to the store.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and assist customers/patients in friendly manner as they enter and leave the store.Serve as an interface of the store and the general public.Help with receiving packages or guiding delivery services to the store.Secure doorways to ensure the safety of customers and employees while upholding company policies and procedures.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience as doorman or greeterMust possess a positive, friendly attitude for interactions with customers and patientsAbility to provide basic information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer and patient inquiriesPossess a sense of safety awareness, and ability to respond to emergency situationsAbility to stand for long periodsHigh attention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience as doorman in a luxury environmentThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
