As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology – Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities Deliver IT business solutions and strategic initiatives in support of the Asset Management Group (AMG), ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support to the development team throughout the solution lifecycle. Collaborate with PNC's risk management team to ensure proper alignment with enterprise risk standards and practices. Analyze, define, and document business and system requirements, including identifying gaps and updating workflows and logic as needed. Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhance system productivity as needed. Provide senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results. Analyze, define and document client requirements, and revise existing system logic challenges as necessary. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelor's Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification preferred. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000 - $120,750. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
